Women Empowerment Session

Women Empowerment & Entrepreneurship Session

EDC in collaboration with the Women’s Cell successfully organized an inspiring session on Women Empowerment and Entrepreneurship titled “Empower • Transform • Inspire”.

The session featured Ms. Shreya Shah, a Childbirth Educator, Dietitian, and Fitness Expert, who shared her journey of empowering women through wellness, leadership, and entrepreneurship. She highlighted how vision can be transformed into successful ventures and how courage and determination can create meaningful change.

Through real-life experiences and practical insights, students gained valuable knowledge about building confidence, taking initiative, and developing leadership qualities essential for entrepreneurial success.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members, making it an engaging and motivating experience for all.

Pitch Perfect Competition

Pitch Perfect – Startup Competition

EDC in collaboration with the Startup & IIC Cell successfully organized the “Pitch Perfect” competition, providing a dynamic platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to present their innovative startup ideas.

The competition featured three challenging rounds designed to test participants’ creativity, strategy, and business acumen. In the Branding Round, teams showcased their startup identity, mission, and vision. The Financial Modeling Round evaluated revenue strategies, pricing structures, and financial planning. The final Mystery Round pushed teams to think critically under pressure through a surprise business challenge.

The event was judged by distinguished professionals Mr. Viral Nayan Jain and CA Mohit Dhand, who evaluated the teams based on innovation, feasibility, financial clarity, and presentation skills.

With a total prize pool of ₹10,000, the competition concluded with Team “Leafy Layers” emerging as the winner. The team, comprising four talented girl members, impressed the judges with their well-structured business model, strong branding, and confident pitch.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation and provided students with valuable real-world pitching experience, boosting their entrepreneurial confidence and skills.

SIPP Internship Program

SIPP – Startup Internship Placement Program

SIPP was an exclusive internship matchmaking initiative that connected students with early-stage startups across diverse domains, offering real-world startup exposure and hands-on learning experiences.

The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from a large number of students, reflecting strong interest in entrepreneurship and startup culture. Through this initiative, students worked closely with founders and core teams, gaining practical insights into startup operations, innovation strategies, and industry challenges.

Participants developed essential skills such as problem-solving, adaptability, teamwork, and strategic thinking while contributing to real projects within dynamic startup environments.

SIPP successfully bridged the gap between talent and opportunity, fostering entrepreneurial mindsets and enhancing industry readiness among students.
